“For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a crunching noise in both of may knees when I lunge and squat. I thought it was hereditary. Then, about 6 years ago I started having knee swelling and pain that would suddenly develop and require rest and medication to heal. “I had shoulder pain for at least a year, if not two, before being diagnosed in Jan 2021 with frozen shoulder and arthritis. The doctor prescribed physical therapy, followed by nerve block injections, and when those didn’t work, surgery. The day after surgery, I started physical therapy again. I continued for 75 treatments over six months, but gained no significant increase in range of motion, and no pain relief. I then tried a cortisone shot to no avail. At that point, my physician’s assistant recommended stopping PT and working with you.”
